Knees bend, push ur hips out, follow by stomach, chest, head, knees unbend. Follow by head out, chest out, stomach out, hips out, knees bent in semi sit position. Do this 8 times or so. Thats wat I did on Sun 12 Jul during dance class... haha... Almost puked out my breakfast hahah...

 

So when going for lesson on 13 Jul evening, I was abit worried that I will need to do the merlion thing again so I just ate a Subway sandwich. Good news is there's no more merlion and we hardly execute moves. Bad news is there's alot of posing!!! No seh pose is .... er.... not nice! bhwhahah So the instructor keep asking us to 插腰! Wah... I tell u... 插 until my back ache lo! Towards the end of e lesson, there's a constant aching at the bottom of e spine there. =S

 

Lol... then my brain started shutting at 9+pm haha so at 10+ hor, I started forgetting some poses hahah then my poses r all 1 sec behind the rest. Super comical! lol....

 

Lesson is from 8.45pm to 10.30pm. So we r wrapping up 1 choreo at ard 10.30pm liao then.... my instructor say "eh show me the last choreo" wah... I tell u I was like "let me die" Back is really aching like mad liao haha... Finally left studio at 10.50pm. Think gotta take leave for subsequent Tues morn liao.

 

Supposed to watch Harry Potter with this fren. But Harry Potter this wk release and this week I on duty! So I told her I cant la cuz risky la. Wait watch halfway gotta walked out then I sianz liao. So in e end, she go watch w her other frens lo cuz she wanna watch this week. Will I lose my frenz 1 by 1 cuz of my job? =(

12 Jul was a fren's bdae so we went out KTV and then go Merchant Court Ellenborough Market Cafe for.... crab buffet!!

 

I tell u its amazing... We reached ard at 6.20pm so we just go there hoping to be seated first even tho e buffet has yet to start. Then while waiting for the waitress to sit us, a queue start forming behind us! Of abt 20 ppl~ hahah we bring the crowds!

 

So then we were seated and shortly after the buffet starts so I go for oysters first.... N they r all gone!!! amazing hor? hahaha Queues r forming at a scary rate at all the crab counters... Its a scary scene... not sure how to explain. There's a reason why I prefer ala carte buffet lol...

 

But the service of the Ellenborough Market Cafe is in tip top condition that day. All the food are replenished very fast. =)

Its been a long time since I blog. I been thru so much! hahah... Most r gd things... lol...

 

I pre-ordered and went down to ComCentre to collect on Sat (11/07) at 8am! Hello shop only opens at 10 am lol... Kiasu right? But apparently not enuff! There were like 30-40 other ppl already queuing there! lol... So how I pass the 2 hrs? Forced my 2 colleagues who went w me to play dai dee w me hahaha.... Both of them brought books but I dun let them read cuz I nvr bring book! hahah... Yeah I m 霸道! Lucky it rained abit so its still quite cooling.

 

We managed to enter Hello shop ard 10.15am or so. 1 of us got her phone at 10.30am. She very fast hahah Then I dilly dally and got mine at 11am I tink hahah..... Was busy admiring my new phone so let e Singtel person slowly tu lo hahah... After we got our iPhone, I was forced to take a pic...

 

 

After that we went accessories shopping at Chinatown where I got my screen protector, follow by Funan. Didnt find any cover for my iPhone then but still happy nonetheless =p Following photo taken by my iPhone 3G S btw hahah

 

Today I finally bought a clothes for my iPhone! It can finally sit on e ledge which is rough surface in my room. No more using a book as a coaster for the phone hahah....

Had a 4d 3n chalet with my colleagues from 29 Jun to 2 Jul. Super shiok! hahahah.... Very relaxing hahah...

 

 Went to work in e morn.... super relac mood bwhahah.... Then took colleague's car to Tampines to eat lunch and shop for groceries.... We are very scared to be hungry so bought alot of food which was a mistake. hahaha =p Check in and.... we start w a game of Cities and Knights! bwhahhaha.... Ended then they force me to play this soccer game on PS3 where I was totally confused lol.... Finally dinner n ktv time! Following pics are of me n my ex-cube mates. After breakfast, the girls n guys separate ways... Girls went to run errands and the guys went to the Library... hahah I think the whole bunch of guys go library read n drink kopi sounds...... gay hahaha ... Anyway the guys took the card to the electricity hole so we were rather hot with nothing to do. Lucky someone else came and we can play C&K yippee!  Then another ex-colleague learn this game too! bwhhahaha.... e C&K poison is spreading! lol..... The BBQ food came at 4pm! hahah.... Pek chek with the delivery man; nvr stay to take stocks de considering we ordered so much! Grrr... Remind me to complain. 起火咯! All the guys except 1 went to do their job....  His boss also nvr come; dunno why he wanna act busy...

After bbq, I help to take over someone in C&K and that end our 2nd night! Lol... I bathe n concuss. My roommate was totally disgusted at e speed I concuss hahaha..... She say she wanna blanket me cuz I can sleep so easily but she cant =p She say its e low flying aeroplanes very noisy then now everyone thinks I snore =(

 

Dunno wat time we woke up but by the time we reach Bedok Interchange it was 12 noon lo. hahah Had Kuay Chup shiok then shun bian tabao the goreng pisang back hahaha... The goreng pisang is from my childhood till now haha... Then we go back to chalet and nua and... play another round of C&K hahahha going to puke from the game liao. Wanted to go cycling but the sun is just too hot and we r too full from breakfast or lunch or brunch. hahha

Finally we started cycling at 4+pm hahah but just too nua so stayed inside ECP and cycled to Ford Road and back to NSRCC. Then........ DINNER AT JUMBO!!! bwhahahha... Too excited by the food so nvr take a single pic lol..... We ordered a chilli crab, a butter crab, a bee hoon crab (its not soup de. its fried de), scallop wrapped in yam, cereal prawn, kang kong, xiao bai cai, pork ribs (which is very nice) hahah super shiok .... Then cycle back to chalet. The cycling back is quite nice cuz very cooling and not sticky haha...

 

Back at chalet while waiting for our food to digest b4 starting on our night cycling, our ex-colleague came n join us to.... play a game of C&K!!! bwhahahhaha another hooked person =p So we played until 11pm or so then start cycling in the direction of Changi Village.

 

We were at this traffic light then my colleagues they all see dogs (I cant really see la) Then I hear the dogs barking and sound like chasing us. then my colleagues said, "Yan Ling, cycle faster the dogs are coming!" N i tot the dogs are leashed! hahha...

 

Then reach the stretch that runs parallell to e airport runway and the lights went out! Hahaa... quite scary but still got street lights filtering in from behind e trees so still not so bad. Got quite a few cyclists going in e opp directions and most hav headlights so we can see them. Except for this couple who hav no headlights wah lucky they cycle behind those w headlights otherwise I wud hav langa into them liao. After that I made up my mind to buy lightsticks when we reach Changi V le =p to let ppl see us =p

 

Then cycle cycle I happen to turn n talk to my colleague then from the corner of my eye, I saw someone behind. Wah for a split second, I tot its erm... ghost cuz that guy was solo n so quietly follow behind us with such a slow pace hahhaha.... This was cuz we took up almost the whole road so in e end I shouted out all keep to 1 side lo and he was saying thank u as he cycle pass.

 

Finally reach Changi V and bought our lightsticks but think the picture doesnt realli show off our lightsticks hahah.... This photo also quite funny. 1 of us were arranging the camera on a platform then this guy walked past and offered to take e pic for us hahah He must be wondering "Why dun they just ask me to take?"

 

 

The ride back was.... torturous as usual hahah.... But lucky its night time so half the torture. Was feeling rather chilly so was thinking of having a hot shower but once I  enter the bathroom, I totally forgot to on the heater hahha.... so still cold shower which was shiok anyhow hahah.... After shower....

I was forced to eat char mee at 4am!!!!! *faint* along with portobello mushrooms. These are the things tat we bough cuz we scared of hunger lo! In e end, cuz we too lazy to bring home so we decided to store them in our stomachs instead! =S Hahaha.. then after this, I cut up some jambu and force them to eat too as revenge! Muahhahaha....

 

Wake up very early to check out =( Then cycle to Mac... The getting on the bike was like..... Arrrrrggghhhhhhhhhh...... Butt was very painful from prev nite cycling liao then putting it on e seat again is..... a very painful process..... Breakfast was Mac Big Breakfast =D Then.... we went to watch a movie! lol... I Love You, Man. Not bad towards the end. The beginning is full of awkward silences cuz the male lead tend to say very weird stuff hahah ... 1 of the guys was very reluctant to watch this show cuz he tot its a gay show.... wonder why.....

 

And thats the end of my 4d3n break.... Nvr left spore but still a gd hols nonetheless. =D

Went Ah Yat Seafood restuarant at Shaw Towers with my family. Super not shiok. Think DragonGate at Harborfront better lol....

 

- Century Egg Porridge is too bland. I always tot this is a simple cannot go wrong dish in dim sum buffet. I m wrong.

- Celery with prawn's colour look dull; totally not appetising

- Fried carrot cake also dun look appetising... Looks worse than those in market.

- There's a sliced duck w cucumber cold dish. the cucumber is bitter.... *roll eyes* cant help to wonder at e ingredients

- Jellyfish tastes weird

- Siew mai is tiny

- Cannot catch attention of waitresses. U have to call out to them explictly. Their eyes seem to be able to filter waving hands as well.

 

Only good thing is the Chilli prawn.... but its too spicy for me...
