14 noviembre IkoiFinally went to Ikoi. First I booked on a Wed for a Fri dinner; then fully booked. OK... maybe wed is abit late. Then book on mon for a fri dinner and they still tell me fully booked! OMG!!! But they kindly put me on waiting list and thats how I managed to go there last Fri! So happy! But we must leave e restaurant by 8 la =p
Their salmon sashimi is good i tell u! First we ordered a few rounds of the platter kind with yellowtail and swordfish i tink. =p Then after that we just focus on salmon! hahah ... The pic w tako only is the last plate of salmon sashimi we had. Think they want to ensure that we wun order again so gave us a super big plate! hahha....
   Their complimentary stuff. Nvr order wan but they just gave us. The first pic of salmon thingy is very gd! The soups r so-so
   Vege side dishes. Dont like the one with pumpkin cuz the taste is abit too strong. Like the seasoning of the one with tako. But think only I ate from these dishes. haha...
  Fried stuff. The first pic is of brinjal tempura. Ok la; so-so. Dont really like the mushroom tempura cuz like dry dry kind. The tori karaage is nice too but it has 1 piece missing cuz someone eat it before I took pic!! grrr.... Like the Ika (Sotong) tempura Yummy! The Ebi tempura is good too!
  Grilled stuff. The saba is very gd! Ya it looks abit pathetic but cuz I took a piece only. The whitish thing is fish cake with cheese; errr nothing much. The bacon-wrapped stuff are not bad; tho I m partial to bacon =D The chicken wings are grilled until the skin is crispy de! yum yum!
       Fried breaded prawn. This is funny cuz out of e table of 6 only I order and I ordered 1 piece at that. hahah... We r imagining if they use 1 wokful of oil to fry that 1 tiny prawn hahah....
 Tuna sushi. Not nice at all. Dont taste like sushi.
 Wah! The pics make me hungry again hahah..... This buffet not ex somemore. It cost $39. =p
Before work ended on Fri, my boss came to look for me.
Boss: " Eh how long would u need to do this this this?"
Me: "Boss, tis is trick qn rite? If I say 5 min, then u will ask me to do now. If I say 1 hr, u will ask y so long and ask me to list down what needs to b done"
LOL... I m focused on going for Ikoi hahahha... Nothing is to disrupt me =p
Tis is totally random but I miss my Energizer fren! I got no one to say "I wanna sheet" to. hahahhahhaha...... 07 noviembre My 1st 933 Award!OK... I didnt win an award. Its my first time attending the award ceremony hahaha....

N they r living it...I have many nitemares n I m living 1 of them hahaha.... Would I have moved forward if I know this is where I'm gonna be? Yan Ling Watching SHE perform is a perfect ending for a week full of clearing monster's crap :DSHE really very good performers! hahah... Their last song was Super Star which totally bring down the house lo. I wanna go their concert!!!
Lucky got SHE and Mayday come. The attendance is pathetic. Even if overseas artistes 不捧场, Spore also have quite a few famous wan mah. No Sun Yanzi, no JJ Lin. Sad... Otherwise think would have been even more fun! =p Alot of technical faults... very farnie. the clip to show the nominees one keep hanging hahah... Lucky not LIVE transmission. Mayday sang 最重要的小事, 天使 and 倔强. Not their super high songs so not as high as their concert =p N they left before the ceremony is over. =( They dun look very happy yday. I wonder why... All look abit tired..... SHE was so much more high hahah.... The whole event ends ard 12 midnite. In e morning, took cab to do facial. lol.... While listening to the Jean Yip lady introduce e various kind of facial treatments, work call came in. haha... Got a surreal feeling when 1 ear is on work; another ear is on totally frivolous stuff. At least both have a common point: I hav no idea what both are talking abt =D Wonder what the poor guy on e other side must be thinking when he hear e backgrd conversation... "This Yan Ling is a bimbo! No wonder whatever I say she also dun understand" ? =p As usual the squeezing of blackhead is a pain! yikes! hahah... After facial, my fren told me she know of this guy who took 2 panadols b4 going for facial. I can totally empathise lo!
After that was lunch follow by desserts at Ah Chew Desserts. The water chestnut and herbal jelly is totally refreshing!
Shop ard a while then its nails time at De Nails @ Rochor Centre! Finally did my pedicure after dunno how many months. Think my last pedicure is last yr's bdae hahahah... Just a normal dark blue colour so nothing much to show...
My hands! Nice hor? hahah The crystals cost ard $20 for the 10 fingers. Total spent ard $65 on my hands and legs =p
  Think it would have been nicer if my nails are shorter hahha... N think the crystals were set before e nail polish were dry so abit puff up But oh well.. looks good frm far can liao bwhahahha...
Think tml when I go back work I will be busy admiring my nails again =D hahah...
After nails was dinner time! Then shopping at Far East which turned out to be quite fruitful! *happy* Bought a dress, a pair of shoes with bling bling trinkets on them and a bag! Like very long nvr buy so much stuff le... And I this goon, in my eagerness to shop, I think I ruin pedicure on 1 of my toes during shoes trying hahhah....
All in all a fully utilised leave!

Selection is wide BUT quality is really not there.
The sushi rice is... like e normal rice that my ma cooks except a bit softer ....
Worst presentation of wasabi ever. Looks like a small mountain of rubbish.
 The presentation of food really irks me... They look so unappetizing... Another example:

I supposed it's a gd thing that the food is unappetising hahah cuz I went to The Line on Fri! bwhahahah.... I feel like a pig. 2 buffets in 1 wkend =p
I m quite amazed by The Line's selection. I was filled to the brim before I even tasted every dish... Amazing... Sashimi is good! Sliced on the spot so u wun hit the "eh no more sashimi le" Prawns are Greenhouse were fresher la. Handrolls were made upon order; the roe is alot wan! Super shiok! N their desserts are so inviting!!! Could hardly focus on the main dishes =p I m like directly facing this wonderful view lo!
During today's dance lesson got this super weird guy... I was rushing into class when I saw him standing outside the studio watching our class doing warm up. What can be so interesting abt 20+ girls doing warm up?! Nm... I thot maybe he just kpo... then throughout the lesson, he just stood there and watch us! So weird! We were quite amazed by his patience or rather lack of boredom.... I thot its quite boring lei.... hahah... Normally just watch like 3,4 min.... then "oh interesting" then walk away liao mah.... weird guy.... 11 octubre Finally went for manicure!!Very long no go for manicure le! Then today finally went cuz its my energizer fren's ROM! hahah (Her ROM is just an excuse =p I been wanting to go)

First time was at Southern Ridges with a person who's scared of height lol.... Gd thing abt going there at nite: U cant see e actual height so not so scared? =p BTW both Forest Walk and Hendorson Waves dun allow open fire de =p Lantern is enclosed fire?
  2nd round was at East Coast!! On Mid-autumn eve hahah =p More ppl and got dog!!! So happy that the dog prefer the sand to chasing ppl ard hahah.... Dunno y it was just happily digging e sand. =p
